Great Sunday sound starts with a healthy team.
CHURCH AUDIO & PRODUCTION CONSULTING
I help churches tune their sound systems and train the volunteers who run them, so your team can keep growing and doesn’t depend on one person being there.
For church leaders, production directors, volunteer techs, and event teams.

Where are you starting from?
CHURCH LEADERS
I lead a church
You want focused, distraction-free Sundays and a production team that serves without burning out.
PRODUCTION & TECH DIRECTORS
I run production
You need training that sticks, systems for your volunteers, and a room that sounds right.
VOLUNTEER TECHS
I run the board
You want to grow in your craft and feel confident behind the console on Sunday morning.
HOW I THINK ABOUT IT
My job is to work myself out of a job.
A lot of churches reach out when the mix isn’t working. Often the mix is only part of the story. Underneath, there may be a team without clear roles, training that didn’t stick, or one tired volunteer holding everything together.
Seven years at Costco showed me how good teams run on systems. Fifteen years in live production, much of it mixing monitors, showed me how to bring that to a stage. We work on the sound first, then on the team and the habits that keep it healthy. I try to look at the whole picture, serving the needs in front of us and the ones your team is likely to face down the road.

BEFORE · DURING · AFTER
Training with your team runs through all of it
People keep maybe 10 to 20 percent of a training weekend. So training starts before the work, continues while we do it together, and follows up after, with a focus on what lasts: passion for the craft, a healthy culture, and systems that keep teaching after I leave.
